1. LEGAL ACCEPTANCE & BINDING EFFECT
By accessing, browsing, registering, or making any purchase through the VENÈ JEWELRY website, platform, social media channels, or payment interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"), you expressly confirm that:
- You are at least eighteen (18) years old;
- You possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
- You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
Completion of any checkout, payment, or order confirmation constitutes electronic acceptance of these Terms and all referenced policies, which shall be legally binding and enforceable under applicable law.
2. INTEGRATION OF POLICIES
These Terms and Conditions incorporate by reference the following documents, each of which forms an integral part of the contractual relationship:
- Privacy Policy
- Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Delivery Policy
In the event of any inconsistency, the provisions most protective of VENÈ JEWELRY shall prevail to the maximum extent permitted by law.
3. BUSINESS DESCRIPTION & PRODUCT NATURE
VENÈ JEWELRY operates as a fine jewelry designer and retailer specializing in:
- Ready-made jewelry collections
- Custom-made and bespoke jewelry
- Pre-order jewelry produced on demand
Customers acknowledge and accept that:
- Jewelry products are handcrafted;
- Natural gemstones and precious metals inherently vary in colour, clarity, texture, and appearance;
- Minor variations do not constitute defects or non-conformity.
4. ORDERS & ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All orders placed through the Platform are subject to acceptance by VENÈ JEWELRY.
VENÈ JEWELRY reserves the right to:
- Reject or cancel any order at its discretion;
- Refuse service for compliance, fraud prevention, or legal reasons;
- Request additional verification prior to order acceptance.
No order shall be deemed confirmed until payment is successfully authorized and acknowledged by VENÈ JEWELRY.
5. CUSTOM & BESPOKE JEWELRY (STRICT TERMS)
Custom and bespoke jewelry orders are governed by enhanced conditions due to their personalized nature:
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required prior to production;
- The remaining 70% balance must be settled in full before delivery or collection;
- Once design approval is granted, the order becomes final, irreversible, and non-cancellable;
- No refunds, exchanges, or modifications are permitted after approval.
Design visuals, CAD renders, sketches, or images are indicative representations only and do not guarantee exact replication.
6. PRE-ORDER JEWELRY
Pre-order items are manufactured exclusively upon confirmed customer payment.
Customers expressly acknowledge that:
- Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order;
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by production or logistics;
- Pre-orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production begins.
Refunds shall be issued only where VENÈ JEWELRY is unable to fulfill the order due to circumstances solely attributable to VENÈ.
7. PRICING & TAXATION
- All prices are displayed in USD, unless stated otherwise;
- Prices may change without prior notice;
- Taxes, customs duties, and import charges (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the customer;
- Promotional pricing errors may result in order cancellation without liability.
8. PAYMENTS & PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments are processed exclusively through authorized third-party payment service providers.
VENÈ JEWELRY:
- Does not store, process, or retain payment card data;
- Bears no liability for payment gateway failures, delays, or errors beyond its control;
- Reserves the right to suspend transactions suspected of fraud or abuse.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting VENÈ JEWELRY may result in account suspension and order refusal.
9. DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Delivery is governed by the Delivery Policy, which customers expressly accept.
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the provided address.
10. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
All matters relating to refunds and cancellations are governed exclusively by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
No implied rights shall exist beyond those expressly stated.
11. WARRANTY & LIMITATIONS
VENÈ JEWELRY guarantees authenticity of materials.
Warranty coverage is strictly limited to:
- Manufacturing defects reported within seven (7) days of delivery.
The following are excluded:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Improper use, accidents, or modifications;
- Third-party repairs or alterations.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, designs, images, concepts, logos, and trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of VENÈ JEWELRY.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, resale, or imitation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- VENÈ JEWELRY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages;
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim;
- Website use is entirely at the user's own risk.
14. RESTRICTED & PROHIBITED COUNTRIES
VENÈ JEWELRY does not sell, ship, or provide services to:
- Sanctioned or restricted countries;
- Israel.
Orders associated with prohibited jurisdictions shall be automatically cancelled without liability.
15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Lebanon.
The courts of Lebanon shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
